This new application is on the agenda before the SCC Development Committee on Wednesday 5th April

> The height of this proposal is 3.8mtrs (but just 2mtrs at the NE corner above ground level) 16.9mtrs wide and 14mtrs behind the hedge.
> The all inclusive volume / scale of this proposal is no bigger than the permitted plan approved in 2004..
> It is designed to have less visual bulk and impact upon the countryside being almost 2mtrs lower in height.
> It has no windows to any public view and therefore emits no light at night.
> It has the character of a working agricultural barn.
> It is well screened from all public views with hedging and extra native hedging has already been planted on all boundaries
> It provides space for the applicants to work from home
> It provides space to provide respite care to wheelchair using, disabled family members.

> It will be set into the ground at the lowest ground level of the site being just 2mtrs above ground at the NE corner

Please Note:
The north east boundary hedge has since been extended and reinforced with native species and 2mtr high evergreen shrubs
